Mark Creasey, FNP-C

Originally from Middle Tennessee, Mark first obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from MTSU in 2003. In 20 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, he has gathered experience in several different settings, including high school athletics, physical therapy, orthopedics, and as a high school educator. After a desire to further his education, Mark began the journey to becoming a nurse practitioner. In 2021, he graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Continuing on to the University of Memphis to receive a Master’s in Nursing in 2023, he then earned his Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Mark stands ready to use the experience and skills developed during over 2 decades in Sports Medicine to provide high quality orthopedic care to the greater Memphis area.
