Mark Creasey, FNP-C

Originally from Middle Tennessee, Mark first obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from MTSU in 2003. In 20 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, he has gathered experience in several different settings, including high school athletics, physical therapy, orthopedics, and as a high school educator. After a desire to further his education, Mark began the journey to becoming a nurse practitioner. In 2021, he graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Continuing on to the University of Memphis to receive a Master’s in Nursing in 2023, he then earned his Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Mark stands ready to use the experience and skills developed during over 2 decades in Sports Medicine to provide high quality orthopedic care to the greater Memphis area.

Jeffrey Eason, FNP-C

Jeffrey Eason, a Bartlett, TN native, graduated from Bolton High School in 2011. He then attended the University of Memphis where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2014. From there, he went on to a career in law enforcement before switching gears and obtaining his BSN from Union University in 2018. In 2021, he obtained his family nurse practitioner degree from Carson-Newman University.

Jeff brings several years of orthopedic experience to the table and is always willing to lend an ear to his patients. He is excited to serve the community as a clinician at OrthoXpress and looks forward to providing fast, patient-centered orthopedic care to Memphis and the surrounding area.
